The Nature Museum is located at the charming Spinning Mill area.
Collections are owned by the Nature Conservation Society of South-West Häme, founded in 1951 by professor Torild Brander. The museums displays about 6000 items and specimens, focus being on local nature and conservation biology.
Also changing exhibitions and a museum store with free entrance.
Open Wed, Fri, Sun 12-16 and Sat 10-14.
During summer from June to the end of August Tue-Sun 11-15.
Entrance fee 6€ / adults and 4€ / seniors, unemployed, students, groups.
Free for age under 18 and members of Nature Conservation Society of South-West Häme.
Museum card destination.
Guided tours 50€ / group / hour. Free for local school and kindergarten groups.
Forssa Nature Museum is accessible, but assistance may be needed at the front door.
