A Finn wants to go to sauna on a holiday, and a Finnish sauna is an experience for many foreigners. In the Forssa region, there are smoke saunas, underground saunas, a boat sauna, a landscape sauna and traditional lakeside saunas, among others. The sauna experience can also be completed by bathing in a hot tube or by taking a dip in the freesing cold water throught an ice hole in winter.
A charming finnish farm and animal yard with farm animals located near the center of Tammela. There is a home museum on the farm, with a delicious organic cafe on Sundays, which also has vegan pastries.
There is a spacious 10-person beach sauna on the shore of Pyhäjärvi. A room up to 20 people with a fireplace is connected to the sauna. Organic and local food snacks can easily be ordered for the pleasure of a sauna evening. There are accessible ramps for the sauna.
The farm also offers bed and breakfast during the summer.
Open in summer on Sundays from 12 to 16.
